Shipping & Return Policy
Order Processing Time
Over 95% of our orders ship the same business day when ordered before 2:00 PM PST. International orders
usually ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next
business day. We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated through our website. The shipping cost is calculated by total order
weight and the shipping zip/postal code for domestic orders or country for international orders. To calculate shipping
cost and tax, simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page enter your shipping postal code or
country and click recalculate.
Transit Times
Our website may show estimated delivery dates or estimated days in transit depending upon your shipping
method. Please remember that the transit times shown are estimates only, we do not guarantee delivery
dates. Please remember that the transit times are in business days. Please allow for weekends and
Holidays. Some shipment methods are not available in all areas. Please check with United Parcel Service
(UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) for availability information.
Tracking Numbers
Once your order has shipped we will send you an email containing your tracking number. If you do not
receive this email or have misplaced it, you can get your tracking number by viewing your order status
or signing in to view your order history.
UPS tracking numbers may not be trackable until later in the evening when packages reach the shipping center. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours for the package to be trackable.
Unfortunately, USPS does not yet provide any online/live tracking options for their packages. Only a delivery confirmation number can be provided along with a shipment notification.
Please note that USPS has difficulty tracking international packages. Your USPS delivery confirmation number may or may not provide any useful information.
Backorders
Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a
backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order.
If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it
back in stock. Due to availability and supplier issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when this
will occur.
Local Pick-up or Will Call
Sorry, at this time we are not able to offer local pick-up or will call. We hope to offer this in the near
future, please check back with us soon.
International Orders
In an effort to offer you the lowest price possible for international shipping we offer the USPS Global
Flat Rate Envelope shipping methods. We do our best to only offer this method when applicable.
However, it is possible your order may not fit in a flat rate envelope. In this case we will charge you an
additional shipping fee, the difference of the next lowest cost shipping method.
Do to the increasing incidents of credit card fraud on international orders we reserve the right to refuse
and cancel any international order.
Delivery Problems
It is important that the delivery address you provide to us is correct. Please remember that United Parcel
Service (UPS) does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is undeliverable because of an incorrect address or
if an order is refused upon delivery, the customer assumes the cost of the return shipping. Shipping costs
are not refundable. Your order may be reshipped for an additional shipping fee.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to get the most out of our products, and we back our products up with a 30 day satisfaction
guarantee. If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused,
in its original condition along with full packaging within 30 days of delivery for a prompt refund. The
only cost to you would be the original and return shipping.
If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a prompt refund or replacement.

Please include your original order number and the reason for your return. Also indicate whether you would
like a refund or replacement.

Please note return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once we've received the returned item, we'll gladly credit the form of payment used in the original transaction.
Return Exceptions
Some larger or custom length items are spooled on demand and not kept in inventory. Special order items are
not kept in inventory. Sorry, we are unable to accept returns for these items for any reason.
